Glenn is a Chief Architect with outstanding experience in the implementation of Enterprise Architecture and practices in support of transformational IT change programs.

Glenn is extremely passionate about Enterprise Architecture and the outcomes it can deliver. His passion is infectious and the enthusiasm he generates typically survives long after his departure.

Adrienne Gosling

Adrienne Gosling

Principal Architect

Adrienne has had over 30 years of IT experience across different industry sectors including banking and finance; agribusiness; education; utilities; health insurance and aged care. During that time, she has successfully fulfilled a range of senior management, project and consultancy roles in both strategic and operational contexts.

The diversity of these roles, performed at a global, national and local level, have included the leadership of operational functions, strategy review teams, enterprise programs of work, external vendor specialists and externally outsourced project teams.

Ric Hayman

Ric Hayman

Principal Architect

Ric is a Principal Architect with about 30 years experience in the IT Industry, spending time in everything from operations to innovation, including analysis, design and development, project management and managing development teams.

Prior to his IT experience, Ric has had roles in hospitality, sales and manufacturing. He holds qualifications in Marketing, Corporate Finance and Management, and is a member of the Australian Institute of Management (Certified Professional Manager).

Alan Evans

Alan Evans

Lead Architect

Alan is an Architect with over 20 years’ experience working within the IT industry, both in a permanent and consulting capacity. He has worked at sites across the UK, USA and Australia in a variety of industries including Finance, Utilities, Government, Telecoms and Supply Chain Management.

His experience is wide and varied, more recently as an Architect specialising in Business Capability Modelling. As well as general consulting capability models, Alan also has experience producing Business Capability Models that are specifically designed to be suitable for determining Service and Software Container boundaries for enterprise wide SOA.

Chris Wood

Chris is a Lead Architect with over 20 years’ experience in the IT Industry. Starting his career in software development, Chris’ ability to understand design concepts, exposure to a variety of technologies, and an ability to converse at ease with both business and technical communities led to a natural progression into the architecture domain.

With real practitioner experience as both an Enterprise Architect and Solution Architect, Chris understands how vital the bridge is between these two architecture domains in order to make the architecture actionable and deliver value to the organisation.

Dave Gorman

Dave Gorman

Lead Architect

A Business and IT Consultant with over 25 years experience in the financial services and utilities industry, with a proven track record in Enterprise Architecture, Solutions Architecture and Project Management.

Specialties:

  • Retail and Corporate banking, payments and core banking solutions expert.
  • Extensive industry knowledge and tier one consulting experience across Finacial Services

Peter Budimir

Peter Budimir

Lead Architect

Peter is certified as an Open Group Distinguished IT Architect and TOGAF 9 practitioner. He has over 35 years’ experience in engineering and IT, and has a thorough understanding of the application of technology to improve business effectiveness, and particularly in developing architectural capability to optimise benefit from IT investment.

His earlier and extensive experience in IT systems development and solutions, particularly involving integration across multiple IT systems provided a strong conceptual and technical foundation for later work in enterprise-wide architecture, strategy, and end-to-end business delivery processes.

Rohan Sharp

Rohan Sharp

Lead Architect

Rohan is a lead architect with over 17 years in the IT industry. He has experience in multiple organisations across the banking, insurance, government, logistics and manufacturing industries.

The roles that Rohan has performed include architectural leadership on a large core banking transformation program, architecture design, delivery, governance and reference architecture development.  This diversity of experience has given Rohan a strong appreciation of the challenges and opportunities faced by organisations when delivering robust, business aligned technology solutions.

Sam Loveridge

Sam Loveridge

Lead Architect

Sam is an Architect with 15 years of experience in the IT industry. He has worked with a number of organisations and has experience across a broad range of industries, including Financial Services, Health, Defence, Resources and Government.

Sam has been providing leadership at both programme and project levels for the last 10 years. In addition to this, he has actively developed architecture practices, having managed a Solution Architecture practice in a banking environment as well as leading the solution architecture practice in South Australia for a global systems integrator.

David Kazi

David Kazi

Architect

David is a Technical Writer / Architect who has worked in the IT industry for over 9 years with a broad range of technical exposure from project management, business and systems analysis through to software development.

His experience with an array of technology projects from development in a small team with a large customer base to business-wide architectural transformation and integration has helped him develop a close appreciation for the different perspectives business areas face when undertaking technology projects. Understanding these perspectives has allowed David to work closely and collaboratively with stakeholders across organisations to deliver their desired outcomes.
