Glenn Smyth
Founder & CEO and Chief Architect
Glenn is the Chief Architect at Fragile to Agile with outstanding experience in the implementation of Enterprise Architecture and practices in support of transformational change programs.
Glenn is extremely passionate about Enterprise Architecture and the outcomes it can deliver. His passion is infectious and the enthusiasm he generates typically survives long after his departure.

Warren Fenn
Chief Operating Officer
Warren is a consultant and architect with over 20 years’ experience working within business and IT, both in a permanent and consulting capacity. He has worked at sites across Australia and overseas in a variety of industries including Finance, Utilities, Telecommunications, Manufacturing and Distribution, Pharmaceuticals, Education, Defence, IT Servicing and Government.
His experience is wide and varied, more recently as an Architect specialising in Business Capability Modelling. As well as general consulting capability models, Warren also has experience producing Business Capability Models that are specifically designed to be suitable for determining Service Container boundaries and Software Fortresses for enterprise wide SOA.

Dean Littlefield
Manager, Business Development & Company Secretary
Dean is an experienced Management Consultant with over 30 years’ experience in the IT Industry. Dean has a successful background in strategic leadership in organisations operating in local, national and international markets, and extensive industry knowledge and experience in a wide array of fields and positions.

Rebecca Buonsanto
Marketing Coordinator
Rebecca is a strategic marketer, delivering transformative marketing and communications. With over 15 years of experience working in-house with international and local brands, she’s demonstrated success in leading people, projects, and strategies to achieve financial and operational results.
She helps businesses connect deeply and meaningfully with customers. A master in developing cut-through messaging, she simplifies the complex to deliver the right message at the right time to the right audience.
She is business-minded and customer-lead, using insights and evidence and an arsenal of multidisciplinary marketing skills to help businesses excel. As a future-focused leader, she embraces technology and digital communications to modernize and enhance customer experiences and improve business processes.

Vish Bansal
Business Operations Officer
Vish is a Business Operations Specialist with a varied and diverse work history and skillset. With over 20 years’ experience working in Business, IT, Telecom, Web Development, Design Strategy, and Project Management in both a permanent and consulting capacity.
Vish has worked with clients from a range of industries including Construction, Telecommunications, Medical Diagnostics, Legal Services, Hospitality, Pharmaceuticals and Mining.

Ric Hayman
Principal Architect
Ric is a Principal Architect with about 35 years’ experience in the IT Industry, spending time in everything from operations to innovation, including analysis, design and development, project management and managing development teams.
Prior to his IT experience, Ric has had roles in hospitality, sales and manufacturing. He holds qualifications in Marketing, Corporate Finance and Management, and is a member of the Australian Institute of Management and Leaders (Certified Professional Manager).

Peter Budimir
Principal Architect
Peter is a Consulting Architect who is certified as an Open Group Distinguished IT Architect. He has over 40 years’ experience in engineering and IT and has a thorough understanding of the application of technology to improve business effectiveness, and particularly in developing architectures to maximise benefit from IT and network investment.
His earlier and extensive experience in IT systems development and architecture, particularly involving integration across multiple IT and network systems provided a strong conceptual and technical foundation for later work in enterprise-wide architecture and end-to-end business delivery processes.

Edwin Roman
Principal Architect
Edwin Roman is an experienced management consultant with 3 decades of experience working in a variety of roles and industries. In The Netherlands, Edwin worked for Shell and HP where worked for many high-profile clients including ING Bank and Vodafone, and has built a comprehensive knowledge in finance, HR, ICT, service and asset management, manufacturing, supply chain, sales and marketing.

Angus Matheson
Principal Architect
Angus is a highly experienced international executive management consultant and enterprise architect (EA). With more than 31 years of experience engaging with the Board and advising the CxO community on major transformational outcomes, he provides insight to businesses on how to maximise their investment in IT, align corporate and IT strategies and leverage the emerging trends in digital transformation to succeed digitally.

Paul Crosby
Principal Architect
Paul is an experienced Business Architect, Technologist and Coach with a wide range of experience across small, midsize and large enterprises. He has worked within a broad range of industries including retail, energy, agriculture, healthcare and professional services.
Paul has a holistic end-to-end understanding of business and digital transformations, from strategy through to design and execution.

Andrew Maul
Senior Management Consultant
Andrew is a Senior Management Consultant with 33 years’ experience in the IT Industry, with 21 of these years being spent in markets outside Australia. Throughout Andrew’s career he has attracted and developed numerous multi-cultural and multi-technology high performance teams. While maintaining a hands-on approach Andrew has developed and implemented at all enterprise levels including analysis, design, development, strategy, program/project management, enterprise architecture, organizational change management, managing regional (APAC) and global IT teams.

Rob Malcolm
Senior Data Architect
Rob has extensive professional experience working closely with businesses in the areas of innovation, data and information management, business analysis, project management, and strategic planning.

Damien Mader
Data Architect
Damien is an enterprise thinker focused on achieving simplification, automation and standardisation across business processes and solutions. With first-hand experience of the way alignment between business and technical strategy combined with effective governance can make tremendous positive impact for business.
Damien is a business focused IT Professional with over 25 years of experience working in the Information Management Domain, for both Government and the Private Sector.

Steve Cutbush
Lead Architect
Steve is a Principal Consultant at Fragile to Agile with over 30 years in the IT Industry, from business analysis, solution design and implementation, project management, managing development, business intelligence, database administration teams, and consulting teams.
Steve’s early focus was broad and deep in solution design and implementation. A talent for system design led to a specialisation in solution architecture, integration architecture, and service orientation. Steve’s roles became increasingly more strategic, including advisory and leadership. These roles balanced Steve’s softer skills, providing an understanding of the importance of relationships, communication, and pragmatism in successful outcomes.

Jeffrey Meyer
Solution Architect
Jeffrey is a highly motivated user experience advocate that thrives off customer interaction and satisfaction. He is hardworking and considers honesty and integrity amongst his key values. Jeffrey has worked in the IT sector for over twelve years and practices a servant leadership approach to everything he does. Jeffrey has worked in various critical infrastructure enterprises that show a capability to exceed expectations in high stress situations. Jeffrey was nominated for and won several ‘Customer Service’ awards and is highly regarded in the Mobile Device Management (MDM) community by global companies such as Microsoft, Telstra, and Samsung.

Alan Evans
Lead Architect
Alan is an Architect with over 20 years’ experience working within the IT industry, both in a permanent and consulting capacity. He has worked at sites across the UK, USA, Europe and Australia in a variety of industries including Finance, Education, Pharmaceuticals, Retail, Utilities, Government, Telecoms and Supply Chain Management.
His experience is wide and varied, more recently as an Architect specialising in Business Capability Modelling. As well as general consulting capability models, Alan also has experience producing Business Capability Models that are specifically designed to be suitable for determining the Service Container boundaries for enterprise wide SOA.

Dave Gorman
Lead Architect
Dave is a consultant architect with over 30 years’ experience in financial services, primarily in Solution Architecture for retail banking, but encompassing many of the disciplines of Enterprise Architecture.
Dave is committed to the notion that good IT architecture is at the root of all successful enterprises. Acting as Principal/Domain or Head Of architecture in numerous tier 1 banks, Dave believes passionately in the foundation of enterprise architecture and the lineage into solution architecture that delivers the right outcomes for business.

Veronica Zelaya
Lead Architect and Project Manager
Veronica is an Architect with 20+ years in the IT industry working across medium to large enterprises, public and private sector in Australia and Papua New Guinea.
Most recently working in government agencies such as SA Health and the Commission on Excellent and Innovation in Health (CEIH), as well as diverse private industries including the Adelaide Airport and Drakes Supermarkets; Veronica has worked alongside executives providing advice and support throughout several IT initiatives, assisting with the implementation of business solutions, analysis current technology landscape, assessing organisational capabilities, defining strategic outcomes and target states.

Paul van der Linden
Lead Architect
Paul is a Consulting Architect, technologist and business leader who is certified as an Open Group Master Certified Architect. He has over 30 years’ experience in engineering, software and IT and has a thorough understanding of the application of technology to improve business effectiveness.
As an architect, he has knowledge spanning many technology domains, with extensive experience in a wide range of industries including government, defence, telecommunications, transportation, and energy & utilities. This gives him the ability to bridge the divide between technology and business.

Shaun Crouch
Lead Architect
Shaun is an Architect with a passion to co-design and deliver pragmatic solutions (people, process and technology) to complex business problems.
He has over twenty-five years’ experience in the application of information and communications technology (ICT) to achieve business outcomes for large complex organisations in diverse industries such as healthcare, human services, financial services, transport, and government.

Erik van Zanten
Project Manager and Architect
Erik van Zanten is an experienced project manager and consultant with Fragile to Agile. He has 25 years experience in Consulting (Magnus, Ernst & Young, IBM, Mindavation, and DXC), and within industries (MaxXium Worldwide, BHP, Origin Energy, SA Power Networks, Cobham Aviation Services).
In a consulting capacity, Erik worked in client- facing roles for bluechip organisations including BHP, Cadbury-Schweppes, Staples, Mitsubishi, ANZ Bank, and Fortescue Metals Group, and most recently, for Peregrine Corporation where Erik managed an ERP & POS implementation.

Ezekiel Vozzo
Lead Architect
Ezekiel is a Solutions Architect with over 10 years’ experience working within the IT industry, both in a permanent and consulting capacity. He has worked primarily in senior technical positions delivering high impact solutions for enterprise customers.
His experience is shared over many disciplines within IT and has spent many years working with a large utility renowned and awarded for its digital achievements.

Donald Damjanovic
Security Architect
Donald is a seasoned, Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) with more than 15 years of ICT security industry experience. He is an Information Security Architect with extensive experience in Cyber Security and ICT transformation across the Defence, Critical Infrastructure, Government and Media- Entertainment industries.
His proactive risk-driven approach enables him to identify and prioritise business risk and threats, formulate robust treatment plans, and build comprehensive security capability to achieve cyber resilience.

Frank Tkac
Network Architect
Frank is a Network Engineer / Technical Consultant with over 12 years’ experience in the IT industry, working in both permanent and consulting capacities. He has worked at sites across Australia with a strong focus on telecommunications and data centre facilities.
His experience is wide and varied, previously employed within the core networking team of Australia’s second largest ISP. Today he is a Technical Consultant specialising in Network Design and Implementation, committed to
helping business achieve their IT goals. Having developed and delivered network solutions including ongoing support to established and new businesses.

David Kazi
Architect
David is a Technical Writer / Architect who has worked in the IT industry for over 12 years with a broad range of technical exposure from project management, business and systems analysis through to software development.
His experience with an array of technology projects from development in a small team with a large customer base to business-wide architectural transformation and integration has helped him develop a close appreciation for the different perspectives business areas face when undertaking technology projects. Understanding these perspectives has allowed David to work closely and collaboratively with stakeholders across organisations to deliver their desired outcomes.

Kate Kemp
Architect
Kate has previously worked within the private and State Government sectors in a variety of roles within Law Enforcement, Health and IT.
With a broad range of exposure from project management, business analysis, customer service and compliance, Kate has developed an appreciation for the different perspectives business areas face when undertaking technology projects.

Sharyn Stone
Architect
Sharyn is an architect whose background focus has been on detailed modelling and analysis.
Prior to moving to IT, Sharyn worked for over 10 years within the construction industry in a variety of roles, which allowed her to work on a range of projects at different levels, from basic concept design through to detailed analysis and engineering. She has extensive experience overlaying information sets within drawings and documentation, determining relationships and dependencies and providing viable solutions to suit these requirements.
